SUNZ Insurance Expands Into 13 New States

SUNZ Insurance Co. announced an expansion into 13 new states, from Vermont to Hawaii.

“With the addition of these 13 new states, SUNZ Insurance Co. is now licensed to write workers’ compensation policies in 29 states while it continues to offer workers’ compensation insurance coverage in all 50 states through its fronting partnership,” the Bradenton, Florida-based carrier said in a statement.

New states SUNZ added to its portfolio are Colorado, Hawaii, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

SUNZ Holdings LLC is the parent company of national workers’ compensation carrier SUNZ Insurance Co. Affiliate companies within the SUNZ Holdings group that provide related and ancillary services to the workers’ compensation insurance industry include Next Level Administrators, WatchPoint, Avalon Subrogation Partners and Ascential Care Partners.
