Majority of Providers Score Average or Better in 2021 Assessments

The majority of providers the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation reviewed in its 2021 Performance-Based Oversight assessments scored average or better. The division reviewed 96 providers for the timeliness of filing Form-069, “Report of Medical Evaluation,” and placed 66 in the high-performer tier, 15 in the average-performer tier and 15 in the poor-performer tier.
