Two bills passed by the Nevada Legislature in 2019 are enacting increases for all permanent total disability and survivors’ benefits claims, according to the state Department of Industrial Relations.
Cost-of-living adjustments will raise PTD and survivors’ benefits by 2.3% following the passage of Senate Bill 377 and Assembly Bill 370, which require insurers to pay an annual COLA increase.
