A brother and sister are accused of altering payroll records to reduce premiums their Southern California construction company had to pay, by more than $1 million per year.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said Enrique Vera, 38, faces four felony counts of workers’ compensation fraud and three felony counts of grand theft of labor. Vera owns the construction company called Ultimate Inc.
