WCD Announces 2022 Claims Processing Administrative Cost Factor

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced that the claims processing administrative cost factor will be 17.54% next year. The factor is used to calculate reimbursement for carriers and self-insured employers that made supplemental disability benefit payments to a preferred worker.
