A New Jersey bill that would clarify that expanded benefits for hand and foot injuries should apply to pending claims is one step closer to becoming law.
The Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee this week voted 11-0 to approve S2722 and the identical Assembly version, A4134. The Assembly passed the bill in August and it now goes to the Senate floor.
