Bill Would Shift Serious Injury, Fatality Probes to Prosecutors From Cal/OSHA

Prosecutors would be the lead investigators for accidents resulting in serious injury or death, while the agency commonly known as Cal/OSHA would continue to collect reports and assist, under a recently amended bill.
