The Delaware Superior Court upheld a finding that a worker’s sixth back surgery was not compensable. Case: Jackson v. Pep Boys, No. N25A-03-003 FWW, 10/20/2025, published. Facts and procedural history: Robert Jackson worked for Pep Boys. He injured his back at work in February 2004. Over the next 10 years, Jackson underwent five back surgeries.
