New Rules Need Further Revisions on Settlement Info, Claimants' Chair Says

It was an effort to clean up some inconsistent language and perhaps streamline the settlement process, but the claimants’ bar is suggesting that rule changes proposed by the North Carolina Industrial Commission go a little too far.
