WCD Advisory Committee Reviewing Attorney Fee Rules

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced a rulemaking advisory committee will discuss attorney fees during a Jan. 26 meeting. “In the meantime, if you have any issues related to OAR 436-001-0400 through 436-001-0440 that you would like us to consider in this process, please send them to me and I will distribute to our administrator and program managers here,” Fred Bruyns, WCD policy analyst and rules coordinator wrote in an email.
