DWC Posts New Adjustments to Fee Schedule for Pathology, Clinical Laboratory

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation on Wednesday posted additional adjustments to the Official Medical Fee Schedule for pathology and clinical laboratory, according to a news release from the Department of Industrial Relations. The DWC posted the order adjusting the schedule to conform to 2021 changes in the Medicare payment system, as required by the state’s Labor Code.
