DWC Announces EAC Appointments

California Division of Workers’ Compensation Administrative Director George Parisotto appointed two new members to the committee tasked with investigating complaints of judicial misconduct. Parisotto appointed Eugene Gogerman, the presiding workers’ compensation administrative law judge at the San Francisco DWC district office, and Sherry E. Grant, a retired applicants' attorney, to the Workers' Compensation Ethics Advisory Committee. Gogerman will replace Van Nuys Presiding Judge William E.
