Hawaii’s Intermediate Court of Appeals revived a worker’s willful and wanton misconduct claim against his supervisor and employer for alleged injuries from falling off a delivery truck. Facts: Lester Sumera allegedly suffered injuries while working for Royal Hawaiian Movers when he fell off the bed of a trash can delivery truck.
