N.Y. Surpasses Calif. as Most Costly State for Comp

WILLIAMSBURG, Virginia — Despite three rate decreases in as many years, New York will take from California the dubious title of the most expensive state in the nation for workers’ compensation insurance when the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services releases its latest biennial ranking later this month.
