The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced more than $100,000 in restitution from people who collected benefits while working.
Larry Brown, a truck driver who was working while receiving benefits, was found guilty of one count of work comp fraud and ordered to pay $66,705 in restitution, the BWC said.
James Rivers was ordered to pay $22,453 in restitution after pleading guilty to one count of fraud for double-dipping.
And Frank Minter Jr. pleaded guilty to one count of fraud at the end of December for returning to work while collecting benefits, according to the BWC....
