Hot Oil, Lifting and 'Barista Wrist' Contribute to Restaurant Worker Injuries

Workers at barbecue restaurants are more likely to sustain lifting injuries than employees of other types of eateries, while cafe and coffee shop workers are susceptible to “barista wrist,” a malady resulting in 366 days of lost time on average.
