TDI Posts Updates on Office Closures Due to Storm

The Texas Department of Insurance said it closed seven Division of Workers’ Compensation field offices along the Gulf Coast in response to Hurricane Beryl. The department said it closed both field offices in Houston, as well as DWC field offices in Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Lufkin, Tyler and Weslaco. Beryl made landfall Monday morning as a Category 1 hurricane before weakening to a tropical storm.
