Supreme Court Upholds Denial of Coverage for Right Knee Surgery After Left Knee Injury

The Idaho Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a worker failed to prove his need for surgery to his right knee had been caused by two prior injuries to his left knee. Case: Hartgrave v. City of Twin Falls, No. 44552, 03/05/2018, published. Facts: Charles Hartgrave began working for the City of Twin Falls in 1978. He injured his left knee while at work in February 2009.
