Amended Farmworker, Presumption Bills Returning to Assembly for Concurrence

The California Senate passed bills that would extend the heart trouble presumption to certain state hospital workers and presume that heat injuries are compensable for agricultural workers, sending the measures back to the Assembly for concurrence with recent amendments.
