Worker Wasn't Prejudiced by Employer's Change in Vocational Experts

The Iowa Court of Appeals ruled that an injured worker was not prejudiced by his employer’s change in vocational experts shortly before the hearing on his case, and that the worker had failed to prove a compensable mental injury resulting from an injury to his shoulder. Case: Bos v. Climate Engineers, No. 17-0159, 11/22/2017, published. Facts: Michael Bos worked for Climate Engineers. He injured his shoulder while at work in October 2012.
