Arizona's Industrial Commission revised its notice of claim status form following a state Supreme Court decision holding that workers do not need to be disabled for seven consecutive days immediately after an injury to quality for temporary partial disability benefits.
Instead, the high court said people who have seven straight days of lost earning capacity after being injured at work qualify for temporary disability payments.
