Price caps on repackaged drugs are now in place in South Carolina, after the Workers' Compensation Commission approved a new pharmacy fee schedule recommended by its advisory committee during its business meeting on Monday.The new fee schedule limits the price of repackaged drugs to the average wholesale price, as published by Wolters-Kluwer Health's Medi-Span index, plus a $5 dispensing fee.
