A Minnesota employer settled a disability discrimination suit with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for $50,000, the commission announced.Applied Vacuum Technology, of Waconia, Minn., settled a suit filed by the EEOC on Tuesday. The suit arose after Larry Kating, an employee, sought to return to work after being hospitalized for a week.
