L&I Cites Four Contractors for Exposing Workers to Fall Hazards

The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries issued more than a half-million dollars in citations to four roofing contractors that it said repeatedly exposed workers to the risk of falls. The companies cited for fall protection violations over the last three months include: America 1st Roofing in Bonney Lake was fined $168,039. Home Build Construction in Steilacoom was fined $131,400.
