Last Employer for Worker With Asbestos-Related Disease Must Pay Death Benefits to Widow

The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court ruled that the last employer responsible for exposing a worker to asbestos was liable for the payment of death benefits to the man's widow. Case: Atchley v.
