Appellate Court Publishes Part of Decision Upholding Kickback Case

California’s 4th District Court of Appeal published part of a decision finding substantial evidence supports a jury’s finding that an office manager of a radiology firm was guilty of 35 counts of offering compensation for work comp patient referrals and 16 counts of insurance fraud.
