Houston Business Convicted of WC Fraud

A Houston-area business will pay $300,000 for workers’ compensation fraud after trying to conceal its payroll from 2011 to 2014. On Thursday, Sehgal & Sons Enterprises (Ultra Business Services Inc.) was convicted of a first-degree felony by a district court judge in Travis County for attempting to defraud the Texas Mutual Insurance Co.
