DWC Posts Recordings of MLFS Q&A Sessions

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation posted recordings from a pair of informational webinars answering questions about the new Medical-Legal Fee Schedule that went into effect April 1. The new billing rules pay a flat rate for med-legal evaluations, authorize payment for missed appointments and require that the person sending records attest to the number of pages sent.
