Proposes Med-Legal Fee Schedule Draws Tepid Response

The Division of Workers’ Compensation on Tuesday proposed a Medical-Legal Fee Schedule that would pay flat fees for initial, follow-up and supplemental evaluations to a lukewarm response from some system observers.
