Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine is once again asking the board of directors for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation to approve a $1 billion dividend.
If adopted, the dividend would bring to $10.2 billion the total amount the BWC paid to policyholders since DeWine took office in 2018.
