Facts: Johnnie L. Johnson III began practicing law in 1970. In June 2012, a former District of Columbia Public Schools bus driver hired Johnson to represent him in a workers' compensation appeal.
In July 2012, Johnson filed a two-page application for a formal hearing that the client had filled out by hand and to which Johnson added two typewritten sentences.
