WCS Posts Fillable Occupational Disease Claim Forms

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section of the Division of Industrial Relations updated its occupational disease claim forms as part of its ongoing effort to modernize claims processes. The eight “OD Series” forms have been reissued as fillable PDFs that can be completed using digital devices without a need for printing.
