4th DCA Sets November Argument Date for Medical Billing Dispute

A Division 1 panel from the 4th District Court of Appeal will hear oral argument in November over the authority of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board to decide medical-billing disputes after the passage of SB 863. The parties in CIGA v. WCAB (Elite Surgical Care Centers) are due in court at 9 a.m. on Nov. 12.
