The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation announced that a man who held three jobs while receiving benefits pleaded guilty to fraud and was ordered to pay $4,462 in restitution.
The BWC said it opened an investigation into Kerby Harrison after the Special Investigations Department determined he may have concealed his work activity.
The investigation reportedly determined Harrison maintained employment with three different employers while simultaneously collecting BWC disability benefits for more than two years.
