Sapiens International to Acquire StoneRiver

Sapiens International Corp., a provider of software services for the insurance industry, has agreed to acquire StoneRiver Inc. for about $102 million in cash, Sapiens announced on Wednesday. Privately held StoneRiver serves the insurance industry in North America with products that include a policy administration suite, rating, underwriting, illustrations, reinsurance, and finance and compliance services for property and casualty, as well as life and annuities lines.
