Genex Services to Acquire Priority Care Solutions

Genex Services, a provider of medical cost containment services, is acquiring Priority Care Solutions, a specialty managed care and network provider for the workers’ compensation industry. Genex is acquiring Priority Care from Century Equity Partners in Boston. Financial terms were not disclosed.
