The owner of two Southern California farm labor companies pleaded guilty to workers’ compensation fraud, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Robert Z. Delara, 50, pleaded guilty to felony work comp fraud and admitted a special allegation that he stole more than $100,000.
