Dispute Raises Question About Requirement to Transmit EORs Electronically

A dispute between a billing firm and a claims administrator has raised questions over whether the California Division of Workers' Compensation's e-billing rules require explanations of review to be sent electronically. In a blog post published last week, DaisyBill alleged that a self-administered municipal employer the billing firm chose not to identify had stopped electronically sending EORs in July 2020.
