The U.S. Department of Labor said a federal court in Washington state issued an injunction preventing the U.S. Postal Service from retaliation against employees.
The department said the injunction was part of a consent judgment from the U.S. District Court for Western Washington. A copy of the judgment was not available from the department or through the court’s website.
