AmTrust Files Delayed Form 10-K; Restates Net Income

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. on Tuesday filed its Form 10-K for 2016 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including restated financial statements for 2014 and 2015. The company said it is now current on all of its Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange listing requirements. The restatements resulted in a decrease in net income for 2014 and 2015 of 7.2% and 11.2%, respectively.
