Doctor Facing Kickback Charges Released From Jail After COVID-19 Diagnosis

A doctor accused of scheming to pay patients to submit to unnecessary surgeries and testing while he awaited trial on charges that he accepted more than $600,000 in kickbacks was released from jail after he tested positive for COVID-19.
