Governor Makes Appointment to WC Determinations Review Board

Missouri Gov. Michael L. Parsons on Monday appointed Roger Walleck to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Determinations Review Board. The board reviews determinations regarding issues including uniform code classifications, basic manual rule interpretations, uniform experience rating plan rules, individual employer modification factors and assigned risk plan underwriting rule interpretations.
