Contractors Suspected of Operating Without Comp Coverage

New York State Inspector General Letizia Tagliafierro announced that two contractors were charged with fraud for allegedly operating without workers’ compensation insurance. Segundo Loja, of Albany, was arraigned on charges of falsifying business records, failure to secure compensation, and fraudulent practices. Robert A. Lutz, of Ballston Spa, was arraigned on charges of offering a false instrument for filing, fraudulent practices and failure to secure compensation.
