Supersedeas Fund Now Three Years Behind in Reimbursing Some Carriers

Two years after the Pennsylvania Supersedeas Fund notified insurers that it was running as much as 16 months behind in sending reimbursement checks, the delays and the fund's financial picture appear to have worsened.
