BWC Launches Physician Training Program

The Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation launched a training program for providers treating injured workers. The Certified Physician Program is a free, online training course that the BWC said will teach physicians how to treat and evaluate injured workers. In exchange for accepting work comp patients, certified physicians are eligible for higher payment for office visits.
