Court Grants Reconsideration of Decision Eliminating Worker's Impairment Award

The Oregon Court of Appeals granted reconsideration of its decision that had overturned a ruling by the Workers’ Compensation Board eliminating a worker’s impairment award, and it adhered to its conclusion that reversal of the board was required.
