Facts: Tyrone Bailey worked for Southern Lithoplate Inc. He was allegedly exposed to airborne chemical mists, vapors and fumes of acids and bases, as well as industrial solvents throughout his 22-year working career.
After leaving his job with Southern, Bailey was diagnosed with a combination of various lung conditions, including bronchitic asthma.
