Providers need to send requests for independent bill review to an address on the California Division of Workers’ Compensation website and not the address on the IBR request form, according to a blog post by e-billing provider daisyBill.
At the same time, DaisyBill noted that the IBR filing fee is about half what is listed on the DWC’s form.
