One state's compensation agency will soon reopen, another will remain closed and a third has adopted new procedures to deal with the continuing effects of the pandemic.
Massachusetts: The Department of Industrial Accidents will reopen its offices to the public on Sept. 28 and will resume limited in-person hearings, the department announced. All parties must wear face coverings, and those who have tested positive for the coronavirus or who have a fever will not be allowed in.
