Prosecutors have dropped a charge of solicitation for murder against a Fresno applicant who was accused of offering another man $200,000 to kill an attorney, the Fresno Bee reported Friday.
The Fresno County District Attorney’s Office decided to dismiss the charge one day after the key witness, Curtis McAfee, invoked his right to avoid self-incrimination and declined to testify against Antoian Griffin.
